Shipping policy

We ship anywhere within the United States. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer international shipping.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that carriers do not pick up or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimated and may occasionally take longer than expected once your package is in transit.

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, PRONTO is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages in transit.
